About Melanie Stevens & Sterling Transitions ATLANTA NORTH
Melanie’s career has been centered around providing exceptional service for corporate clients and individuals all while juggling tight deadlines, high stress, fluctuating environments and demands. Since it was always about creating and delivering moments that are meaningful and guests couldn’t achieve on their own, you can count on her to deliver this experience to your next life event – bringing you to a new home environment.
As owner, Melanie brings 20+ years of experience in hospitality and event management into the downsizing and specialty move industry for senior adults. She is originally from Puerto Rico and speaks Spanish fluently. This can be a huge asset with certain aspects of the move process and communicating with clients and bilingual resources.
Melanie honed her skills over a lifetime of moves, 20 and counting – from San Juan to Baton Rouge to Atlanta. She has moved 4 times in the first 7 years of marriage to Mark, her husband, a 30-year veteran financial planner. They have finally settled down in their “forever home” in Roswell, and share in raising his three sons from a previous marriage. Melanie & Mark love spending time outdoors enjoying all kinds of activities, especially hiking and walking with Fletch, their golden retriever, as well as visiting family in Puerto Rico and throughout the Southeast, Midwest and states such as Colorado and New York. They also enjoy exploring new places here in the United States and around the world. Melanie’s other loves include cheering for LSU (her college alma mater), playing league tennis, volunteering with St. Vincent de Paul Society and supporting the St. Peter Chanel Parish community.
