Moving is emotional on anyone but can be especially overwhelming for older adults and their families because it is a time to go through many years of memories good and bad. Often it is difficult for adult children who live elsewhere to put their lives on hold to help a loved one move. Jen saw this firsthand when her own family members had to pack up and sell the house her grandparents had called home for over 60 years.
